At London Lifts, our foremost priority is to ensure that everyone connected to our work, whether directly or indirectly, returns home safely, without any incidents or accidents.
We operate across a diverse range of sectors, engaging with various building types and statuses, from newly constructed sites to some of the UK's busiest commercial buildings, and everything in between. Much of our work takes place in buildings that are either partially or fully occupied, including environments with elderly or less mobile residents.
Given these circumstances, maintaining a safe working environment at each customer's site is integral to our daily operations. We consistently secure and clearly mark off our work areas to safeguard both our team members and anyone in the vicinity. Additionally, our employees are equipped with and wear London Lifts branded PPE to ensure maximum safety.
We foster open communication with our employees, encouraging them to report any Health & Safety concerns, incidents, near misses, or suggestions for improvement. At the leadership level, we regularly evaluate our health and safety policies, alongside our operational procedures, to ensure continuous improvement.
